About the AGEB
Mission
The Alliance for Gender Equity in Baseball seeks to create an inclusive environment in baseball by advocating for and representing those who identify as women and non-binary by empowering them to excel within it, to open doors for future generations, and to welcome and educate our allies.

La Alianza para la Equidad de Género en el Béisbol busca crear un ambiente inclusivo dentro del béisbol abogando por y representando a aquellos que se identifican como mujeres y no-binarios al empoderarlos para sobresalir dentro del mismo, abrir puertas a las futuras generaciones y, dar la bienvenida y educar nuestros aliados.

Membership
Our membership consists of full-time members of baseball operations departments across
each of the 30 Major League Clubs.
As of February of 2022, we have 140 members.
